ü Consultation and walk through
This is where the transformation begins. Our first meeting is to discuss your goals, expectations and the staging process. Together we walk through each room as a buyer and gather information for the staging day. This will include a demonstration of staging a room; a powder room, bath or foyer, with before and after pictures for you to keep. We will then discuss a staging plan to fit your needs.
ü “Top Ten” Priority Report
This plan is for the homeowner that is well on their way to being staged, or the do-it-yourself homeowner that needs some ideas and guidance to complete the transformation. This customized report focuses on the top ten items the homeowner should do right away to get top dollar for their home.
ü Complete Action Plan
A customized action plan to add to any of the staging plans, or for the do-it yourself homeowner. This customized plan covers all areas of your home and includes “do-it-yourself” guides for various projects.
ü Half Day Staging or Redesign
This plan is for the home that needs a little extra attention, are under 2,000 square feet and a homeowner who wants additional expertise from Be’s Home Staging and Redesign. We will spend up to 4 hours working on the main items from our walk through action report created during the consultation. The half day plan includes before and after photos for your agent marketing efforts.
ü Full Day Staging or Redesign
This plan is for a home over 2,000 square feet and a homeowner who wants additional expertise. The same as the half day plan, only we spend up to 8 hours to transform your home.
ü New Listing or Open House Weekend
The ideal plan for the home that is about to go on the market or have an open house weekend. We will spend two full days transforming your home into a buyers’ dream and great first impression. Be’s Home Staging and Redesign will work off the Action plan, which will be given to the homeowner and will include before and after photos for the agent to use in their marketing efforts. We will transfer your home inside, and out for curb appeal.
ü Vacant Home Staging
This plan offers the seller the opportunity to add interest to the home. We meet with the homeowner and agent to walk through the home and map out furniture and accessories needs, as well as the homeowner’s budget. Be’s Home Staging and Redesign will then work with the furniture rental partner to determine which pieces will be used to showcase your home. We will spend the day at your home to coordinate the delivery and placement of the pieces, adding accessories and home furnishings to complete the look (these items include bed linens, pillows, table décor, etc.) An additional day will be spent at the home once it is sold and the home needs to de-staged, working with the rental partners and coordinating the removal of all items. We minimize the seller’s involvement, while maximizing their return.
ü Additional Services
Home Shopping Service: Accessories provided by Be’s Home Staging and Redesign to assist the homeowners with the after photos are available for purchase, or the homeowner can choose our shopping service. We know where to go and get designer discounts, a savings that we pass on to you.
